Commercial Use & Licensing

Forwarding a Letter to a colleague is welcome, and I'd rather you did than didn't.

Beyond that, I interpret NonCommercial to exclude circulation inside a for-profit organization: internal decks, training materials, client work. If that's where you're headed, get in touch. I license readily, and often at no cost.

The same goes for syndication, translation, or bulk reuse of any kind.

Membership & Access

By subscribing to Circudyne, either as a free or paid member, you gain access to exclusive content and email updates according to your selected tier:

  • Spark Members receive the public preview of The Circudyne Letter, including core analysis.
  • Dynamo Members receive the full version of The Circudyne Letter, including core analysis, practitioner insights, and access to the archive.

Your subscription grants access to member content. What you may do with it once you have it is governed by the license above.

Benefits may evolve over time as the offering grows. Significant changes will be communicated to all members in advance.

Billing & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed securely via Stripe. You may choose monthly or annual billing.

  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@circudyne.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not issued retroactively except where legally required.

Email Communications

Subscribing to any tier means you consent to receive occasional emails including:

  • Your tier's newsletter content
  • Access instructions for tools or templates
  • Product or membership updates
  • Periodic reminders or offers related to your subscription
